Straight answers
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. The van carries its own water tank, pressure system and generator. All we need is a legal parking spot with room to open the doors.
What happens if it rains?
This is Miami, so it happens. If a covered spot isn't available we'll reschedule at no charge, usually within a day or two. You'll hear from us before we're due to arrive, not after.
Can you work in a condo or office garage?
Yes, and we do it constantly. Most buildings just need advance notice or a certificate of insurance — tell us the building and we'll handle that paperwork with management.
Do I have to be there?
Not if we can access the vehicle. Leave the keys with your front desk or valet and we'll text you photos when it's finished.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash, after the work is done. Paint correction and ceramic jobs take a deposit to hold the date.
How long does the ceramic coating actually last?
Two to five years depending on the coating and how the car is stored and washed. We'll tell you honestly which one makes sense for your situation instead of selling you the most expensive one.
